ECHO Retreat is a four-day writing and leadership program for upcoming Echo staff members. Our volunteers work to prepare students for the challenges associated with running The Echo: Teen Art & Lit Mag including giving constructive feedback, managing social media channels, audio editing for podcasts, and more!
